The app

ObserMe for iPhone and iPad is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). Those terms apply in full; nothing here replaces them.

Your account

• You need an account to use ObserMe. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don’t use ObserMe to break the law or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts. We may suspend an account that does.
• You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Your data

Your checks and answers are yours. We store them to run the app and for nothing else. The privacy policy explains what we keep, where, and why.

Price

ObserMe is free for now. If that ever changes, we’ll say so in the app before anything is charged.

This website

We try to keep obserme.com accurate, but it’s provided as is. Pages that compare ObserMe with other apps describe those apps from their own websites on the date shown; check with their makers for the latest.
